Refund policy

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we've built our return process to be as simple as possible.

Cancelling an Order: You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing rovyakllc@gmail.com with your order number. After that window, or once your order has shipped, we can no longer cancel it, but you're welcome to return it after it arrives.

30 Day Returns: You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. There is no restocking fee, ever.

Who Covers Return Shipping:

  • If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping in full.
  • If you simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item, you're responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in either case.

How to Return Something:

  1. Email rovyakllc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Repack the item securely with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  3. Ship it back using the method outlined in the return authorization email we send you.

Refund Timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges: Want a different size or color instead of a refund? Email rovyakllc@gmail.com and we'll set up the exchange.

Missing Orders: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier. If it's confirmed lost, we'll issue a full refund or send a free replacement.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products aren't eligible for return; these are clearly marked on their product pages.

Policy Updates: We may revise this Return & Refund Policy from time to time; the Last Updated date above reflects the most recent change. Continuing to use our site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
